2Before Your First Stream
Complete these steps to set up your account:
Connect Your Shopify Store
Link your Shopify store with one click. Your products will sync automatically, and all orders will appear in your Shopify dashboard.
Select Products to Feature
Choose which products you want to showcase during your stream. You can add or remove products at any time before or during your broadcast.
Test Your Equipment
Check your camera, microphone, and internet connection. Good lighting and clear audio make a big difference in viewer engagement.
3Running Your Stream
Here's how a typical live shopping stream works:
- 1
Go Live
Click the broadcast button to start streaming. Your video feed will be live instantly.
- 2
Show Products
Use keyboard shortcuts (1-9) or click to display product overlays. Viewers see the product with price and can add to cart.
- 3
Engage with Viewers
Read and respond to chat messages. Answer questions about products, sizes, materials, and availability.
- 4
End Stream
When you're finished, end the stream. Your recording will be available for replay if enabled.
4Using Product Overlays
Product overlays are the key to live shopping. When you trigger a product, viewers see a card with the product image, name, price, and an "Add to Cart" button.
